Our Training Sessions




Swimming
Our evening swim sessions take place in the Oratory Prep School 25m pool. This once a week coached session is led by our very own swim coach, Bridget Graham.
Strength & Conditioning
An excellent session to help improve fitness and strength. This session takes place at our gym partner The Barn in Cholsey with fitness instructor Conor Rourke
Cycling
At the weekend we organise group rides of varying length and difficulty depending upon individuals experience. There is something for everyone, usually incorporating a coffee and cake stop along the way.
Run Training
We have partnered with RunWallinford to provide a host of sessions from sprint training to longer group runs and of course not forgetting the all important hill reps.
