Wallingford Triathlon Club

Train Hard, Have Fun

WTC is more than just a triathlon club. It is a family of like minded people who want to train together and share their love of triathlon.

Whether you are an absolute beginner looking for a challenge, or an Ironman Veteran looking for a new PB, we welcome all abilities.


A mixture of coached swim, bike and run sessions throughout the week ensure you can improve as an athlete, whilst doing so in a group training environment.  We also incorporate a wider variety of sessions such as yoga, and strength and conditioning circuits.

Our evening swim sessions take place in the Oratory Prep School 25m pool.  This once a week coached session is led by our very own swim coach, Bridget Graham.

Strength & Conditioning

An excellent session to help improve fitness and strength. This session takes place at our gym partner The Barn in Cholsey with fitness instructor Conor Rourke


At the weekend we organise group rides of varying length and difficulty depending upon individuals experience.  There is something for everyone, usually incorporating a coffee and cake stop along the way.

Run Training

We have partnered with RunWallinford to provide a host of sessions from sprint training to longer group runs and of course not forgetting the all important hill reps.
