The club ethos is very much on training with likeminded people, to enjoy and develop your love of Triathlon.
Whether an absolute novice looking for a challenge, or an Ironman veteran looking to improve their PB, we welcome all abilities.
A mixture of coached swim, bike and run sessions throughout the week ensure you can improve as an athlete, whilst doing so in a group training environment. During the off season we also incorporate a wider variety of sessions like yoga and circuits.
