Bob Breaks His Bike!

A change from the norm for Bob Grantham this weekend as he took part in his first cyclocross event.

Bob took part in the Forces Open Category at the Central Cyclo-Cross League Round 9 at RAF Halton. He came a respectible 3rd out of 4 in the category. 4 laps

of a 2.50km loop with wet and muddy conditions getting nice and slippery, he managed to crash twice and bounce off a tree once. Unfortunately his bike came off second best againt the tree as he broke the handle bars on lap 2 of 4 but with Bob being the hero he is, managed to finish the race.
