Helen Franks and John Stuart completed Ironman 70.3 Lahti, Finland
After last weekend's super sport Saturday and Sunday, WTC athletes have been competing further.
Helen Franks and John Stuart took on their first Ironman 70.3 distance in extreme heat in Finland although they were both relieved that wetsuits were allowed on the swim.
With another first, Chris Jacob completed his first triathlon at the Dorney Banana Triathlon. Well done Chris.
And our athletes don't just complete triathlons. Ironman Colin Wood and his family took part in Race for Life raising funds for Cancer Research and not content with his ironman 70.3 from last weekend, Andrew Harden-Sweetnam completed the Murtallaufen half marathon in Austria.
