The caped crusaders chased Just Stop Oil away
Phil Wortley, Andrew Harden-Sweetnam, Karl Offord (Team Robin) along with Tracey Unwin and Colin Wood all represented Wallingford Triathlon Club at the London Marathon this year.
There were reports of protests from Extinction Rebellion, although the London Marathon organisers managed to work with the protest to ensure no interruption to the event. And Just Stop Oil who had been threatening action ran off when they saw Batman and Robin chasing the Riddler down the course.
Colin, our championship Ironman completed the course in another good for age time of 2 hours, 51 minutes and 27 seconds, Phil in 4 hours 29 minutes 53 seconds with Karl 1 second behind, Andrew in 4 hours 30 minutes 44 seconds and Tracey in 4 hours 45 minutes and 39 seconds.
