Rosie Swims the Bantham Boomerang

Events come in all sorts of formats and this was an interesting take on a swimming event. Well done to Rosie for completing her nearly 5k event in 1 hour 29 mins. That is incredibly speedy and looks like a lot of fun.

Rosie said "So last night I did the Bantham boomerang swim event with my sister. I have done the swoosh previously (one way down the estuary) but this was a swim up as far as you can go before the tide turns and return back to where u started. The swoosh is a better timed event but the boomerang was good fun. It is a brilliant swim event and such a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend"
